Perfectly blends into the wooded hill thanks to the green roof of sedum-sprouting. One side of the house has views straw Rock while others – overlooking the beach. Many windows provide a home with lots of natural light. There are also solar-thermal tube that provides hot water and ground-source heat pump that warms and cools the air. The house is L-shaped and wrapped in a Sitka spruce tree with a diameter of 38 inches. recycled materials used during construction and the house is designed to reproduce the last generation.
