The first floor includes a public area like a living room and kitchen. The top floor consists of a private area and offers a panoramic view of surrounding landscape. It’s popular in the area to maintain a large indoor-outdoor relationships through an open area and terrace this house is no exception. Most rooms with walls of wood could really open to get all the possible natural light or completely closed to darken the interior. The house was conceived as a timber and mortar monolithic block with another volume of concrete and glass on it. The house is one of 53 new works of famous architect Marcio Kogan in São Paulo, Brazil. Like some of the projects that distinguish the other with the simplicity, convenience and an interesting combination of materials.
